Service Description

Our treatment of ME CFS is grounded in the Perrin Technique. It is then supported with nurtition - espcecially LIVER DETOX and GUT HEALING PROTOCOL. in addition we encourage our clients to explore THEIR WORLD and develop awareness of energy expenditure and recruitment . We may advise supporting their treatment with 5 Areas CBT , Hypnotherapy , Counselling or advie from the Reach Approach . Perrin technique last a mimimum of 12 weeks as a treatment programme
