After 30 years of providing a natural health approach, I believe that there are varied approaches required for clients seeking different solutions. `Therefore, we have created different types of approaches that may suit different individuals. Osteopathy forms the main approach; this is both traditional and evidence-based. Coaching (Reach Approach)  is available for problems requiring talk therapy. In addition a coaching approach to include nutrition is available to explore deeper personal health. (Integrated care)
